Why become an ANAD Vocational Training Instructor?

The ANAD Vocational Training Instructor qualification is one of the most important professional qualifications that anyone can acquire. By successfully passing the assessment by ANAD, one can certify his/her qualification as a Level 5 Vocational Training Instructor based on the European Framework of Reference (CYQF/EQF5).

This gives everyone infinite possibilities for professional and personal development, as this qualification greatly strengthens their CV. Each ANAD Certified Adult Educator has the following possibilities:

  1. A) Train staff in the company he/she works for and the company receives a grant from ANAD.
  2. B) To train the staff of other companies under the Single Company Programs and be paid for his/her training services by the company.
  3. C) To become an instructor in a Multi-Business Training Program and implement it in cooperation with a Vocational Training Center (VTC) of ANAD. In this case, the Instructor is paid for his/her services directly by the VTC.

In any case, a Certified Vocational Training Instructor of ANAD may implement programmes that fall within his/her own field of knowledge. The level of mastery of the specific subject matter can be demonstrated either through the Academic Qualifications of the Trainer or through his/her professional experience.

Individuals interested in becoming certified as ANAD Vocational Training Instructors (VET Instructors) are recommended to attend one of the preparation programmes offered through the various VET Centres.
